Creating change means never letting go of the problem

No one builds a lasting company by chance. Behind every successful business is someone who has identified a problem and decided to do something about it.

For Cecilia Videcél, the journey began with her own experiences as a patient. She saw how essential communication, access to information and continuity are in healthcare, and started asking herself how technology could make everyday life easier for both patients and healthcare professionals.

That question became the foundation of Kura.

Building solutions for healthcare takes more than a great idea. It requires patience, a deep understanding of a highly complex industry and a willingness to evolve alongside the people who will actually use the product. Today, Cecilia is still driven by the same question that inspired her from the very beginning: How can we create healthcare where communication is both simple and secure?

For Cecilia, security is about much more than regulations or GDPR compliance. It is about trust. Patients should be able to focus on their care, not on the technology behind it. That perspective says a great deal about the kind of entrepreneur she is. She does not build technology for technology's sake. She builds solutions around real human needs.

Like many founders, Cecilia's entrepreneurial journey has also been a journey of personal growth. Building a company means constantly learning, making difficult decisions and continuing to move forward, even when the road ahead is long. Along the way, she has also shared her experiences and inspired other entrepreneurs who are just beginning their own journeys.
