You will be assigned a dedicated Coach whom you meet with regularly, providing support with networking, contacts, and guidance.
We assist you in your analytical work using business development tools to ensure conditions that give you the best possible advantage in the market.
We ensure that you design an attractive offering for customers.
We track your progress through KTH's Innovation Readiness Level.

Financing
As an entrepreneur, you gain knowledge of what it takes to raise capital. As one of Vinnova's appointed excellence incubators, we can support with verification funds for allocated activities.
You will gain insight into how to seek soft funds in the form of grants and loans from state and regional actors.
We develop your company pitch for investors and place you in contexts where you have the opportunity to practice and present to investors.

IP Strategy
You have access to an IP strategist who will support your company in developing an IP strategy enabling both capital acquisition and safer business development.

Go To Market Strategy
You receive coaching from a communication strategist who supports you in developing a Go-to-Market strategy and actively works with you to enhance and clarify the company's communication. The Go-To-Market strategy aims to strengthen marketing efforts and brand development.

Team building
We support you in building your team, as well as formulating goals and vision to attract the right expertise to build your company.

Co-working space
You get access to a workplace and a co-working community with ready-made infrastructure such as Wifi, postal address, coffee, conference rooms, etc. Here, you sit together with other driven entrepreneurs in fresh premises. You decide whether you want to rent a flexible space, a fixed space, or maybe an entire office.

Activities
You get to participate in developmental workshops where, together with our participation, we make each other better. You also get to take part in inspiring lectures, events, CEO networks, and after-work gatherings.

Mentors programme
With Founders Loft's mentor network, our companies have the opportunity to build their own business networks, gain external experts' perspectives on decisions and strategies based on previous experiences, and acquire other valuable insights that accelerate the company's journey.
