EmiGreat national finalists in the Groundbreaker category for the Blaze Inclusion Awards!

News about our companies from this summer: ☀️

The Blaze Inclusion Awards celebrate and illuminate trailblazers who actively and passionately uplift Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives in their workspaces, communities and society overall. During the summer, the company EmiGreat announced that they are national finalists in the Groundbreaker category and thus advanced to the Regional (Nordic) Nomination Round.

The annual award is organized by the Norwegian non-profit organization Diversify and the Groundbreaker category elevates businesses/start-ups/scaleups with a product or service that is versatile, inclusive, innovative and responsible.

This is how EmiGreat shared the news on LinkedIn:

Okay okay, we know we're on vacation. But we had to share this 🎉
We are ecstatic (and dizzy?) to announce that Emigreat (Techstars '23) has won the Groundbreaker category for Sweden for the Diversify Blaze Inclusion Awards! We have now advanced to the Regional (Nordic) Nomination Round, sharing the stage with Kahoot!, Amazon Web Services (AWS), divERS ApS, and Empower.is.
Emigreat was born from the dream to democratize relocation, but it truly means so much to us that our work is being recognized. This only strengthens our resolve to bring DEI to the forefront of everything we do.
And our mission, of course, would not be possible without our amazingly diverse team with Anali, Saaya, Emilie, Laith, Tonghe, and Tito. We are so thankful to everyone who has supported, uplifted, and believed in us from the beginning.
The regional winners will be announced on September 30th at the Annual Gala Awards in Oslo.
Thank you to everyone who voted for us, and please vote for us for Regionals if it so moves you 😇

About EmiGreat

Emigreat is an international employee management software enabling companies to take ownership of their employees’ relocation.

The company was founded by internationals who faced their own struggles with the immigration system in Sweden. We understand the system, how it works, and how to disrupt it. Most importantly, we know the value that internationals have to a company and to a country, and we want to enable companies and internationals so that everyone has the opportunity to work and live across borders.
