Founders Lunch: Building companies in a changing world

Building a company within an incubator is not only about strategy, growth, and business models. It is just as much about people, relationships, and personal development. About bringing individuals together – to share experiences, challenge perspectives, and enable our founders to grow stronger alongside one another.

At our latest Founders Lunch, our entrepreneurs gathered in our co-working space at A Working Lab to do exactly that. Over lunch and open conversations, we create a space where ideas can take shape, questions can be asked, and insights can be shared.

The theme of the lunch was rooted in an increasingly uncertain world, where market conditions are shifting rapidly and companies need to become clearer in the value they create. Together, we explored how startups can position themselves as truly relevant in a time when customers prioritize stability, clarity, and tangible business value.

But perhaps most important of all is what happens between the agenda points.

The conversations. The reflections. The courage to share both successes and challenges.
