Founders Loft is proud to announce that one of our companies, Parametric, has been nominated in the ConTech category for the Nordic PropTech Awards 2025! The Nordic PropTech Awards is an ecosystem acceleration and recognition program jointly run by the proptech organizations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, aimed at highlighting the most promising tech companies.
To be nominated, companies must be no older than seven years, have a maximum of 75 employees, and have an established presence within the Nordics. The winning companies will receive a range of benefits, including increased visibility as a leading player in the Nordic proptech industry and the opportunity to use the award for marketing purposes. Additionally, winners will be offered one-on-one meetings with jury members, which may include both mentoring and pitching opportunities. Winners will also receive free memberships with each national proptech organization and a ticket to MIPIM, one of the world's largest real estate fairs.
Parametric is a tech company within Founders Loft that develops innovative solutions for sustainable cities by harnessing the power of data and geospatial analysis. Their product, Hektar, is a powerful tool that helps architects, developers, and real estate professionals quickly generate 3D models of building designs. By inputting parameters such as room sizes and wall heights, users can easily create and adjust models in real time. Hektar also offers the ability to analyze the economic feasibility of a project by estimating both construction costs and potential revenue streams.
Their innovative solution has the potential to streamline design processes and save both time and resources for users. The design features enable the creation of adaptable and efficient solutions that meet specific requirements and constraints within building and real estate development.
