We would like to highlight Tiffany Boswell, co-founder and CEO of Meela, who has recently been nominated by Dagens Industri as one of Sweden’s most important female founders.
Tiffany’s journey is a strong example of how entrepreneurship can be used to create real societal impact. Together with her team, she has helped build Meela into a platform that improves access to mental health support – while at the same time growing the company commercially and internationally.
Under Tiffany’s leadership, Meela has developed an AI-based matching algorithm that connects patients with the right therapist, significantly reducing treatment drop-out rates. The company has also secured a €2.6 million funding round to support further international expansion, including into the UK market.
Together with her co-founder Natalie Suo, Tiffany was part of Founders Loft during the early stages of Meela’s journey. From the very beginning, they demonstrated not only strong entrepreneurial drive, but also helped build a close-knit and supportive network alongside other female founders at Founders Loft. Many of the relationships and collaborations formed during that time continue to this day.
Through her entrepreneurial work, Tiffany has received recognition in several contexts, including:
Female Founder of the Year (2022) – winner of the pitch competition at Di Digital’s Female Founders event
Nominated as one of Sweden’s most important female founders (2026) by Dagens Industri
Frequently highlighted as a future leader in innovation and mental health
At Founders Loft, we believe in entrepreneurs who dare to build both sustainable businesses and inclusive ecosystems. Highlighting role models such as Tiffany Boswell is an important way for us to show the values we stand for – entrepreneurship rooted in caring and sharing, where companies and communities are built together.
