Since 1999, we have supported people with the ambition to change the world through entrepreneurship. To us, innovation does not begin with technology or a business model, it begins with the person behind the idea. Sustainable companies are built by founders who are willing to grow, make difficult decisions and keep moving forward, even when the path ahead is uncertain.

Building a company is a journey filled with opportunities, setbacks and continuous learning. As an entrepreneur, you are constantly challenged to grow as a leader, make decisions without having all the answers and stay true to your vision as circumstances change. That is why our coaching is not about providing ready-made solutions. We do not believe there is a formula for success. What we do believe is that asking the right questions helps entrepreneurs find their own answers.

Our coaching methodology is based on the GROW model. We help founders define clear goals, create an actionable plan and continuously follow up on their progress. We act as a sounding board, a challenger and a trusted partner, always putting the individual and their ambitions at the centre of the process.

Every company works closely with its coach using a roadmap that is updated twice a year. Between coaching sessions, progress is tracked through monthly reports based on the PPP model: Plan, Progress and Problems. This creates structure, continuity and, most importantly, space for reflection, learning and courageous decision-making.
