Parking Time is part of Founders Loft incubator
Parking Time, the innovative tech company focusing on improving parking experiences and traffic environments in society, has during the spring conducted a project in collaboration with students from Changemaker Educations. The project, which has now been successfully completed, aimed to evaluate and investigate user-friendliness related to the technical solution - and has generated new valuable insights for the company's continued development.
Facilitating and improving parking experiences not only leads to a better personal daily life but also to a society that becomes safer in traffic through better control and overview of the usage of and access to parking spaces.
To gain further insight into and improve the user experience of the innovation, students were tasked with evaluating measures to encourage more drivers to use Parking Time instead of the traditional paper disc. The collaboration resulted in several creative and innovative proposals that provide Parking Time with the opportunity to become a market leader in smart parking.
About Parking Time
The parking disc has long served as a tool to promote circulation and activity in the city center. Parking Time has created a digital parking disc that can be used on mobile phones.
The digitized parking disc could potentially optimize the community's parking resources and urban planning through valuable usage data and behavioral patterns - thereby leading to a safer society through better control and overview of the usage of and access to parking spaces.
The idea for the innovation began in 2020, and the company was officially launched in 2021.
Currently, they are a team of three individuals with diverse experiences and skills. "Our common driving factor is that we share a keen interest in entrepreneurship and finding solutions to problems, big or small. We see entrepreneurship as a tool to turn ideas into reality."
