Rookie Startups Visits Founders Loft – Empowering the Next Generation of Changemakers

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Rookie Startups to Founders Loft!

Our Business Coach, Alma Backendal, delivered an inspiring session on entrepreneurship and innovation for around 20 engaged young participants who are spending their summer tackling real societal challenges.

Through the Young Community Developers initiative, Rookie Startups gives young people the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that address challenges in their local municipalities. At the same time, municipalities gain valuable insights into how young people think, what they care about, and how they want to contribute to building the communities of tomorrow.

At Founders Loft, we believe that meaningful innovation happens when the public sector, businesses, and young people come together. Collaborations like these create new perspectives, foster innovative solutions, and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable society where every generation has the opportunity to make an impact.
