Welcoming a new Mentor: Oleksii Glib to our Mentor Network

Two weeks ago, we had the opportunity to welcome a delegation from Ukraine and Moldova participating in TechStep Sweden, an initiative led by OTGS OpenTradeGate Sweden.
The visit was energizing, and gave us the opportunity to build business relationships that connect our companies and community to new markets. Today, we’re excited to introduce the first of what we hope will other business leaders from Ukraine and Moldova that are supporting the Founders Loft community.
We are pleased to welcoming Oleksii Glib, CEO and founder of Astecture.
Oleksii leads a global technology group with more than 20 years of experience in software outsourcing and B2B solutions. He has contributed to the architecture of more than 200 solutions for global companies, including four Fortune 500 firms and three unicorns. In 2018, Oleksii served as CTO for Ukraine’s national eHealth initiative where he led platform development that now supports over 40 million users.
He specialises in building sophisticated technical architectures that allow organisations to focus on strategic innovation rather than operational complexity. His expertise spans cloud system design, security, and AI.
Oleksii is a strong advocate for digital privacy and responsible technology practices. He enjoys working with startups across both software and hardware and believes that meaningful innovation begins with bold experimentation. We’re thrilled to have him join our mentor network and look forward to the impact he will make.
